What's great about MFP is that you can not only get fit and healthy for your wedding but every day beyond.
Why not make your commitment for life - just like a marriage but without the arguments over him eating off of his plate, not throwing out the empty milk carton, snoring, leaving the toilet seat up, trying to balance trash on the top of the pile instead of just taking the trash out, whistling while he pees, being messy and not changing the toilet paper roll once it’s empty.
Seriously, these were my wife's beefs when we got married...lol
We've been together over 30 years with 5 kids and are both on MFP to be fit for life.

I'd cosign on this.
I'm getting married next year- but I have little do about it in terms of fitness- of course I want to look good- but I think I'm already on a good path- so i'm not worried- but I would definitely encourage long range thinking- not just day of thinking!
