    I started yesterday! I did my day two workout this morning. Boy, i am sore! I love that it is not that long of a workout and that it burns a lot of calories. :)

    I'm starting today (just a day behind most of you) but would love to help motivate others! :smile: I've done the Shred a few times but never for the complete 30 days but going to do so this time!!!

    I just completed Day 6 of level 1 and would love to get in with you all. Feel free to friend me if desired. The soreness does go away, but it took about 4-5 days for me. I plan to do 30 consecutive days because I don't want to be sore like that everytime I start back up. Good luck to everyone.

    This seems to be the popular workout for the month of June! I know quite a few people, myself included, who will be starting the 30 Day Shred tomorrow!! best of luck!

    I use a Polar HRM and added 30 Day Shred to my exercises - that is the best way for me to get accurate calories burned.

    Day 2: So I got up at 6:30 AM and did the 30 Day Shred (level 1) . It was hard to get up and do (I'm not a morning person lol) but I did it. I have never gone the whole 30 Days only four here and there and I would quit but I feel with all your support I can get it done. :happy:

    GREAT JOB! I started to get up early to do it every morning too, I have to work all day and by the time I get off work I have kids to tend to and not really any time left for me and I'm usually exhausted by then. Great job on gettin up in the a.m. to workout.:)))

    Any tips on how to record your Shed workout in your exercise log? I'm not exactly sure how to count it!

    Day 2 for me also, and I am sore as well! I did't realize that just doing it EVERY day would be that intense. My upper body has pretty lousy strength, so I'm excited to rectify that!

    So I failed this morning and could not get up to do the 30 Day Shred :frown: but as soon as I get home today I will work out.

    I just checked to compare circuit training general with this and it burns the same amount of calories. :) Good to know!

    JM 6 week 6 pack to do at night.

    Sorry, ladies, but I'm going to have to bow out. Drs. orders - no vigorous exercise for another month. My shoulder isn't healing as fast as it should, been using it too much he says.

    Today was my 2nd day of the Shred! Going really well so far. Today I was super sore, but tried to stretch better tonight after my 2nd workout.

    I'm going away for the weekend to visit a friend at her beach house. That'll be days 4-6 of the Shred. I'm nervous that I won't keep up with it while I'm there... But I'm going to try my hardest to!

    Good Luck SeaJolly!! And I felt sore too, trying to stretch as well, but wondering how I will feel come 10 days in a row... :P

    Sorry 2stepz! But it's more important to take care of yourself and come back to it later on, I hope your shoulder feels better soon!

    I started it today. Felt silly buying it in Target, just 'cuz I'm a guy and it doesn't seem to be common for us guys to use this plan. Health is more important than worrying about embarrassment, though.

    It kicked my butt more than I expected!
