Jo from Manchester looking for friends and motivation. Anyone doing T25?

I Really need to kickstart my exercise plan, I'm planning to start running again and do T25 at home in the hope to shed some pounds and feel better about myself. I'm loving this app so far especially logging my food intake that really makes me stop and think. How are you guys finding it?

    I love T25!! My boyfriend is actually starting it today with my son. I'm sure I'll be doing some of the workouts with them. I'm going back to Turbo Jam though. I love me some Challene. I love to jog too! I just re-started C25K again today and holy cow my asthma went off this morning and legs are still feeling it hours later. I got this though. I've gotten to the point of jogging two miles a day before and I can work my way back up there.
    I think MFP is awesome! I'm not as consistent with logging my food; however, it really helps to have friends on here who know what you're going through.

    Hey! I'm just starting T25 too! I've done it before and I love the way it makes me feel about myself, but I always have quit about week 3 before. :( I've got a couple weeks before the school year starts up again full force (I'm a teacher) So I'm hoping to jump start it now and use that as a motivation to keep going!
