Garlic chicken

This is our favorite chicken dish at the moment. I won't give you a calorie count because it's all approximate weight and you can recipe build it
It's pretty darn calorie friendly.
2 Chicken breasts, cut lengthwise into thinish steaks
2 tsp butter
a big heaping dessert spoon of crushed garlic (the more the better!)
half a cup-ish of water
2 tsp chicken stock powder
A big heaping dessert spoon of light sour cream
teaspoon or so of cornflour/cornstarch
Heat the butter in a fry pan, and add the garlic and stir until it's browning.
Add the chicken, brown on one side, then flip.
Add the water and stock powder, and maybe some more garlic. Mmmm garlic.
Mix the cornflour/starch in with the sour cream in a small bowl
Once the chicken is cooked, take it out and keep it warm. Add the sour cream mix to the garlic liquid in the pan and stir until it's thickened.
Serve the garlic sauce over the chicken, over your side dishes (I recommend mashed potato), over the veg on the side, over your spoon, over your finger... whatever. This sauce is delicious.
