Im 25 a mother of a 2 year old and 6 month old. Before kids I was alitte over weight but I was losing it. Last year was my first military ball it was so fun but I was 5 months pregnant so I felt huge. This year im working hard to lose weight i have been doing the 21 day fix and trying to walk more. In a little over a week I have lost around 7 lbs but my goal is lose 2 1/2 to 3 lbs a week.

    When is the ball?

And unless you are obese, 2 1/2 to 3 lbs of weight loss per week is neither realistic nor safe.

Realistic rates of loss are about 1-2lb a week. I wouldnt be fooled by your big initial loss it happens to most people at the beginning and then it will slow down. In 3 months I think you are looking at 12-24lbs, which will still make a significant impact. You might lose more but you have to put in the work to do it. This isnt to rain on your parade, uts just better imo to know what might realistically happen. If 2.5-3 is between a deficit of 1250-1500 a day you will need to create which is pretty hard. Whilst the ball can be a motivator I woulnt let it become everything o you, its just a ball and your health is more importnat.
