How do you log "30 Day Shred"?

Hi!
I'm trying to motivate myself to get my 30 Day Shred DVD out again, but then I realise I don't know how to log it, since it's a mix of cardio and strength
Do I pick one type for each (for instance "jumping jacks" for cardio and "dumbbell row" for strength) and put 10 minutes for each...?
How do you people log it?

I logged it as circuit training before I got a HRM, after that I created my own workout and logged it as 30DS and whatever it recorded.0

That's a good idea. I'll give it a go, thanks!0 -
I used this formula, even though I know it probably isn't very accurate. It supposedly came from Jillian's website. I don't have a HRM, so this was just a starting point for logging purposes:
30 day shred calorie burn - 3.267 calories burnt per pound every hour. Multiply by weight to get how many calories per hour you would burn and divide by 3 to get each 20 minute work out. ~ taken from Jillian Michaels website
