    meeeeeeee! I live about 20minutes from Cardiff! I did lose 41lbs using MFP but put 10lbs back on while studying for my final year of my degree! I'm feeling determined and motivated now to shift it again!

    Currently living in Bedfordshire

    As of today I have 18lbs to go and need some support and motivation to get me through as trying to lose weight while side effects of medication are causing me to gain (increase appetite :cry: )

    I'm from Glasgow. Used mfp on my old iphone a couple of months ago and lost 6 pounds... stopped using it and now I've put on 4 pounds. Time to get back into it but it's hard! Add me :-)

    I know where it is! The weather in south wales today is absolutely stunning...taken the dogs for a big walk (before it gets too warm) and then having an afternoon pottering about in the gardens! :flowerforyou:
