Hi everyone,

To begin, my name is Jessica and I am 20 years old. I'm 5'6", and currently weigh 198.5 lbs.

I'm in college, and I've gained a lot of weight since high school. Bad dieting, sleep schedule, not enough exercise, the usual effects of being lazy.

I used to weigh around 160 in 2011, (junior year hs) but I tipped the scale at 202.4 on August 10, 2015. It was time for a change.

I started the SHRED diet that day!
I've been happy with the results so far, but is it healthy? Have you (or someone you know) tried this diet?

I'm trying my best to lose the most amount of weight in the least amount of time. (Just like everyone else, am I right?!)

Let me know what you think of this diet, tips, etc. I want to hear your opinions! I'm looking for support from the community for this journey! (aka I have no friends on here)

    Hello Jessica, no one I know has told me they are trying that diet. There are many detailed reviews on that diet. I like that the diet does not cut foods out completely, based on the meal plan I have seen people post. A lot of people said it worked for them .

    If I was going to follow a diet plan someone else made this might be one of them because;
    It is what I consider reasonably priced
    Gives options of foods I actually like and some of which I already eat
    Wants me to exercise (even though I prefer weight lifting to cardio)
    Still has noticeable results even though people mess up (you are expected to mess up a bit)
    Is more of a schedule which I like because I have 3 planners and I am looking for a 4th one to replace the other one I finished a month ago.

    However, I have not looked at what level of nutrients this diet has. That is the thing I would like to hear about.

    Good luck with your Shred Diet.
