Hey! I was hoping that maybe someone had some great advice on a diet/exercise plan for my 23 year old body that is about 30 - 40 pounds out of shape and wanting to be back to my Highschool weight of 125-130 . I have approximatley 6-10 months to plan for my big day! Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated! Thanx so much!

Congrats from Canada on your upcoming wedding. Best advice is get a gym pass and a personal trainer. If that is out of the budget, see if one of your girlfriends in the wedding party will be willing to workout with you, even though it is your day they will want to look good in all the pictures too. Get some exercise tapes that work for you, set up a night you all can get together and work out and plan the wedding at the same time. Making moving fun is the key to rapid weight loss. With the time lines you have set for yourself, your expectations can cause anxiety and that can lead to depression on top of all the other things you will be juggling preparing for the big day. Be sure to track all your calories on this site...bridal showers, parties and other get togethers can derail you and lastly watch the booze. It is a deadly belly buster. Club soda with lime, green tea and the odd red wine is a great alternative to beer and hard liquor with mix. You are doing great, stay on track and this lifestyle will get you through not only the upcoming months but will set the stage for the rest of your lives together.0
