Best sites for nutritional information?

I've read that a lot of the entries in the database can be very inaccurate, and to choose wisely when you're logging your food. So, I was wondering what are some sites with reliable nutritional information that can be used for reference when logging?

To get to it I google, for example:
avocado nutrition self
And the nutritionself site shows up first.

I love self for its detailed micronutrient details! It is easy to see foods that provide 'real' nutrition and those that are pretty much just empty calories.

SuperTracker
http://www.choosemyplate.gov/supertracker-tools/supertracker.html
This is government website that is a calorie counter and has a Nutrients Report that gives you the breakdown of Vitamins, minerals and nutrients in the food you logged. You have to join but it's free.0 -
And it has a recipe builder that produces a nutrition label. Handy when family asks for nutrition content of dinner.CharonCharon wrote: »A site I love is called NutritionDataSelf.com
