Dumbbell weight program ideas

Totally new to using weights as part of my fitness program and I'm struggling to find a list of exercises or a schedule of what to do when etc.. Do you break it up by body parts, arms, legs etc? Are there apps or YouTube videos or something?? Thanks! I recently inherited a weight bench and a set of Dumbbells now just need to figure out what to do with them,

    You can find programs on bodybuilding.com and what not. Since you're a beginner it's probably best to do a full body routine 3x per week. You'll want the weight to get heavier and may need different weights for specific lifts.

    Check out Fitness Blender - great site with over 400 free videos. Lots of dumbbell workouts there.
  • I've been using All Pro's Beginner Routine from BodyBuilding.com. It's not intended for dumbbells, but it adapts itself really well, and the routine is simple, which I love!
