Dumbbell weight program ideas

Totally new to using weights as part of my fitness program and I'm struggling to find a list of exercises or a schedule of what to do when etc.. Do you break it up by body parts, arms, legs etc? Are there apps or YouTube videos or something?? Thanks! I recently inherited a weight bench and a set of Dumbbells now just need to figure out what to do with them,

You can find programs on bodybuilding.com and what not. Since you're a beginner it's probably best to do a full body routine 3x per week. You'll want the weight to get heavier and may need different weights for specific lifts.0

I've been using All Pro's Beginner Routine from BodyBuilding.com. It's not intended for dumbbells, but it adapts itself really well, and the routine is simple, which I love!0
