My calves are very big and being 5' 1.5", they just look huge on me. I def don't want them getting larger. Would love to have them reduced instead...LOL
Toning them AND stretching them should helo you reduce the size of your calves. Think about a male ballerina, he does a lot of strenghtening and a lot of stretching and he does not have bulky muscles.0 -
I just woke up and as soon as I saw this post, I got up to do 50 calf raises. I'll do the rest and maybe more during the day.

I did these in 10 mins with 6 sets of 30 and 20 in the 7th set. Thanks for the added challenge. It actually gave me the kickstart I needed to get in a workout0

If you did a good stretching afterwards, you should be ok.

Just finished mine! I wanted to stop after 100 and eat my yogurt, b/c I was starving, but pushed on! The yogurt is my reward for doing them0
