    I have HUGE calves (even when I was super skinny) and wonder if this is going to make them even bigger or just tone them up. Anyone know?

    It's impossible for a woman to "bulk" muscle unless she eats an enormous amount of cals (thousands) and works out like crazy with weights or takes steroids. Building muscle is seriously difficult and just not gonna happen particularly if you are at a calorie deficit to lose weight. So you will just tone ;)

    My calves are very big and being 5' 1.5", they just look huge on me. I def don't want them getting larger. Would love to have them reduced instead...LOL

    Toning them AND stretching them should helo you reduce the size of your calves. Think about a male ballerina, he does a lot of strenghtening and a lot of stretching and he does not have bulky muscles.

    I just woke up and as soon as I saw this post, I got up to do 50 calf raises. I'll do the rest and maybe more during the day.
