I use my traditional lasagna recipe and instead of noodles, I slice vegetables lengthwise (yellow squash, zucchini, egg plant)

Brown 1/2 pound of meet in pan. Drain on paper towel and chop finely so there are a thousand bits to give flavor to your tongue. Brown onions. Put meat back in. Add 64 oz broth, 1 cup beans, 2 frozen boxes of chopped kale, collards or turnip tops. Add spices of your choice. Mine are black pepper which actives the tumeric, and a tablespoon of vinegar. Cook over low heat for an hour or so. Store in fridge and nuke a cup for dinner each night.

Beef or Turkey Burger-beat an egg in a bowl. Mix in one Lipton onion soup package and 1/3 cup ketchup. Add 1 pound ground beef. Add either 1 cup raw regular and not steel cut oats or 1 cup cooked quinoa. Form into 5 burgers. Grill, freeze and nuke one each night. I put mayo and blue cheese on mine and eat them off of a plate. Remember plates?

Salmon burger-beat egg in bowl. Mix in entire contents of salmon can. (Don't worry the skin disappears and the bones are just a bit crunchy and good for you.) Add 1 small chopped onion, some dill, black pepper and tumeric. Add oats or quinoa. Grill, freeze and nuke.

I make a dozen burgers every other week and tub of soup every Sunday.

Pangasius fillet marinated with lemon and coriander is very low calorie: 138kcal per 150 grams.
Then, for veggies, you can pretty much have anything you like. I generally stir fry some broccoli (100 gr/31kcal) and broad beans (30 gr/37kcal) with some garlic and a bit of soy sauce :) (which adds op to about 12kcal).
All in all, this should be about 220 calories.
