Hello everyone. My name is Antoinette. I'm just starting my journey. I've been overweight since I was about 10. I'm on a mission to build new habits of eating healthy and exercising. I am currently 222.5lbs. My goal weight is 160, so I have ways to go. I'm more motivated than I've ever been.

    Hi there, lets do this together. First, its super important to drink water; that's a habit that will make a world of difference. Keep a filled water bottle with you all the time and drink enough that your pee looks like weak lemonade.
