    meeeeeeee! I live about 20minutes from Cardiff! I did lose 41lbs using MFP but put 10lbs back on while studying for my final year of my degree! I'm feeling determined and motivated now to shift it again!

    My family immigrated to the States when I was 5 1/2, but my extended family is all in England still. My aunt, uncle, and Gran are all in Kent. :-) I visited for the first time in a decade last year. I <3 and miss England so, so much.

    I'll be there, (Canterbury/Whitstable) come September! I'm just getting started on the community board portion too, so it would be helpful to have new friends added! I'll for sure need help with familiarizing myself with healthy products, as the only ones I know by heart are thing's like Hob Nobs :)

    Everyone: Good places to buy affordable work out clothing?

    I'm from Texas, so my money is not worth as much in the UK :( So If i need more winter work out clothes (which I know I will) where is a good place to go?

    Look out for a shop called Sports Soccer, or Sports World (both the same thing), it's pretty cheap there and you can get some decent brands too =)

    I holiday in Florida so I know what you mean about money being worth less in the UK, I hate buying clothes over here now

    Hey there!

    Im not exactly from the UK (im from Toronto, Canada) but i will be moving to the UK to teach in about a year's time (and im trying to loose weight before i go). I don't know anyone over there, just wondering where is the best place to start my new life in the UK? (i most likely will be around London) Im terrified and excited at the same time! Hope to make some new friends from the UK on MFP!!

    Hiya! I'm a Canadian gal but my partner is English so I've bounced back and forth between Canada & the UK for the last few years! But moving back to the UK permanently (we think!) at the end of the summer!!

    I'll be back in the sunshine (hah!) of greater London so soon! So british MFP friends are more than welcome!
