Hi I`m working in a very busy flowershop 8 h every day, I `am wrecked every day.. seems like I am a mooving lot..standing all day long or running around setting up the weddings...but I dont know how much calories I am burning by work like that? Can anybody help me with that?

I work 14 hours construction 6 days a week. To maintain my weight at my height and activity level, I have to eat around 2,200 calories.
Invest in a heart rate monitor that tells you your calorie burn. You can wear it during work. But I don't count my job as exercise. Those calories are already in your calculated activity level.0 -
Since your work is your daily life it should be in your activity level and not exercise.
So lightly active at the minimum. Perhaps even moderatly active.0 -
thanks a million for advice, it is also very hard to exercise after all my day..just sundays and saturdays sometimes..and I have nobody to support..my best friend can`t exercise with me durring disability.0
