Bulking cooking rice/pasta

Ok. I cooked an entire box of pasta yesterday and the serving size is 2 oz(56g/1/6 box) dry and it came to 374 g. The cooked came out to 913. How do I get the cooked servings so I don't over or undereat? Someone said divide that by the number of servings but it says "about 7".

Figure out the calories in the whole package and divide by how many servings you ended up with.0

374/56 = 6.678 servings.
913/6.678 = about 137g of cooked pasta for one serving.0 -
Thank you!0
