I finally adjusted my calorie intake and started watching everything I eat. But the past 2 weeks I've been tired and feeling alittle weak. How long till my body adjusts?

    To lose 50 lbs at 2 lbs per week

    Are you doing to much and eating too little? Are you getting your vitamins?

    since you are not severly overweight I would set it for 1 lb a week then you will have more caloreis and not be so tired and weak....wishing you much success

    I've just been working and watching my intake of calories. I'm very active at work always busy moving.

    I think you've set your goal too aggressive. Set it for one pound a week because it sounds like your energy is zapped. Then exercise is harder to do and getting a little exercise size is important. You may still lose those two pounds a week but you will also feel better.

    I'll give that a try. See if a few more calories daily will help. Thanks for the advice
