Hey, I'm trying to find a variety of healthy meals but I am a fussy eater so not a fan of the fancy food. Just looking for simple ideas or ways to make food more exciting! Thank you

You lose weight by eating less than you burn. Eat what you normally do, only within your allotment, a caloric deficit.0
