Former marathon runner trying to get back into it ,and get back into shape.

    I am in St. Leonard and run regularly. I'm a newbie to the sport (4 months) and can run a bit further than 10 k nonstop. While I'm not looking for a running buddy (afraid I'd slow you down), it would be fun to add runners in my area.
