These darn 20 pounds

I feel like I have been trying to lose the same 20 pounds for as long as I can remember. I'll start doing well but then a birthday will come up or an event and it's back to bad eating. Let's all keep each other motivated to do this because we will feel healthy and happy once we do:)

    Hi! I've been trying to lose weight for the last 10 years. I've been really committed for the last year. Holidays, family gatherings, birthdays, vacations, you can easily spot those on my weight loss chart. They all look like little hiccups lol What matters is to set a limit of what is acceptable during those treats/cheats. And then getting right back to your usual routine the following day. Indulging once does not mean throwing everything away. That would be like slashing the three other tires on your car because one blew out.
