Wanted to know if anyone else has used the Diet Point app to help plan meals. You choose what diet you want to do and it gives you a shopping list for the week and gives you reminders of when to eat. Takes some getting used to but it makes it easy to plan and shop...also open to any other apps people may have used to help with dieting and that worked for them.

You're on an MFP forum. Why not just use MFP?

That sounds cool. It could make things simpler for me meal planning wise cause it takes me so long to write out the list figure out what foods what days and calories! Thats hours of work!

Angelexperiment, Diet Point makes a weekly shopping list for you. And texts you when it is time to eat based off what time you wake up.

Kyrannosaurus & Lifting4lis, MFP does not do what Diet Point does as far as meal planning, shopping lists and meal alerts. If it did, I wouldn't have posted this question
