What's your favorite way to make protein pancakes?

I'm currently trying to gain weight so looking for different ideas to eat more. I usually do the simple wheat mix with banana and milk. Any other ideas?

I use a buckwheat pancake mix (Arrowhead Mills) and add PB2, an egg and ground flax. The recipe calls for milk, so that is also in there.0

I eat them with eggs and bacon.
I suppose you could throw in some protein powder and a little more liquid.0 -
I love Target's Kodiak mixes. The power cake one has 190 calories and 14g of protein. I often have it just mixed with water and with ham, cheese and egg for extra protein.
Or if I want sweet pancakes I make these, and they turn out absolutely delicious... (it was posted in another thread)
1 serving Kodiak power cakes
50g ricotta (or cottage cheese)
1 egg
1/2 scoop protein powder
bit of water
I use part skim ricotta and Quest powder (caramel right now) and it comes out to about 400 calories and 40g of protein.
If you don't have that mix, I like ricotta pancakes

but I add fruit or they are dry.. but to be honest I haven't made them in ages because I like the Kodiak mix better.0 -
I just buy the mix and add water.0
