L-Carnitine (please move if wrong section)

Has anyone ever used L-Carnitine? Been doing some research on it today. Depending on who you ask, some say it works well as a fat burner and some way it doesn't' do much at all.

Just wondering who has used it on MFP and what results they've seen if any. And if they took the liquid/capsule form.

    I don't see the point in taking it.

    A caloric deficit is all you need to lose weight...

    Don't waste your money. I took it along with CLA, as Isaack said, caloric deficit coupled with a good workout routine is all you need. A good multi vitamin, Fish oil, creatine, and some whey protein if you are lacking on your protein macro is about all you need.
