Over 75 lbs in 7 months

with the help of myfitnesspal and garmin vivosmart and then vivoactive. I am running 3-4 miles 4-5 days a week now. First pic was back in 2010 at my heaviest ~330 lbs I weighed 302 when I started with myfitnesspal I am down to ~225 lbs now, haven't weighed in since last week.

    You look amazing! Great transformation! I started at 300 lbs and have lost 76 lbs ... and I don't see one bit of difference... wish I could see on me what I see on you! Nice job and congrats!

    Don't be discouraged! I know how you feel. Cause even though the scale is going down, you're adding notches to a belt that has already become too large, you can't find a pair of pants in your closet that don't fit like clown pants. You are still you and in the back of your mind, you think your clothes are just getting stretched out. You look in the mirror and you really can't tell the difference even though friends and family are noticing.

    For what seemed like the longest time all I had was the scale and the NSV's. Which are great. But my self image is just now starting to catch up a little. And now I am still surprised by the person I see when I walk by a mirror.

    They won't let us have free weights but we have a bow flex and treadmill.
