Tuna fish and pasta salad with carrots lettuce baby tomatoes
1 steamed and herb seasoned fillet of salmon, lightly seasoned, lettuce and baby tomatoes side salad with no dressing, sweet potatoe mash. Fruit Yogurt or piece of fruit for pudding
Use a portion control plate like this to measure out each portion.
