Are you just scanning your foods or are you actually weighing them also ?

Weighing foods with a food scale is very important.

First note you weight today then try to reduce your calorie intake. Try taking 100-200 less calories from today and keep working I would say daily. Then check your weight after a week or so.

Apart from treadmill, do some strength training too.

Okay I will probably come across as stupid, but why is weighing very important? Does the food packaging lie?

It can be inaccurate more often than people think.

OP, not only do you need to weigh your food, but be sure you are not overestimating your calorie burns.

Thanks for informing me. What's the best/accurate food scale?

Any digital scale. Just be sure to keep the batteries fresh!

Experienced people here could help more if you opened your food diary. I got a red flag by the phrase "trying to log my food." Consistency and accuracy are what it takes to monitor calories. "Trying" does not count.

What you are doing wrong is keeping your diary closed. Please open so people can see better what you are doing. Weightloss is 80% diet, 20% exercise.

    Good pickup.
