I finally reached my goal of 170lbs (I have lost a total of 190lbs) since June 13th, 2010. I love myfitnesspal, never used it online until now, just on my phone.

    thank you all and congratulations to all of you as well! i know how much time, effort, patience you're all putting into this! just keep on keepin on! myfitness pal has been my best friend (and will continue to be probably forever)! Congrats and good luck to all of you!! Now that I have discovered the online version, I'll try and use it more often.
