I used the chocolate high protein shakes to keep my calories up for training; they are delicious.
I wouldn't really use them to lose weight, though. The reason I liked them so much is that I could get 200-300 calories in under 5 minutes and I didn't feel full afterward. Can't see that being a good thing if your goal is weight loss.0 -
Nope. Its a mlm scam and over priced junk. Like shakeology and itworks and the list goes on and on....
You could get better quality supplements at your local store for a fraction of the price. Research the ingredients, if you can, and you'll notice each of these mlm garbage shakes have nothing special in them. Don't fall for a fad .

You only have 46 pounds to lose. I encourage you to forget the pill and eat at a calorie deficit.

No. It's overpriced garbage. If you want a shake, making your own is a much healthier and less expensive option. Don't listen to their weight loss and health claims- they're full of crap and time and time again have been shown to not do what they claim.0

Hah. Reminds me of these stupid wrap things. Had a girl from high school comment on my weight loss and pretend to care about my health goals. Ended up she just wanted to sell me some of those stupid wrap things. Her sales pitch sucked though since she ended up saying she used them but has gained weight back and needs to do them again.0

It's overpriced and I wouldn't go out of my way to buy it, but I get free packets of the vanilla Isagenix pro shake from my roommate (his mom buys him those and the protein powder because he needs a *kitten* million calories a day to stay alive.. Hes skinny and has a hard time putting on weight). It's ok. Just ok. Tastes like almost any other protein powder I've ever tried. It doesn't make me feel satisfied so I'd rather eat "real" food. I'd rather spend 280 calories on something else. IMO you're better off getting a meal replacement shake from a whole foods store or GNC if that's the route you wanna go.0

I use a 100% Whey Protein powder. I buy it at Target. A huge honkin' tub of it is less than 20 bucks.

I would love to find my protein powder that cheap. I am lactose intolerant, so finding that one that is lactose free is difficult. I can't eat soy either, tried pea powder and it made me break out in hives, others gave me tummy aches, and others were too horrible tasting. I did find one that is lactose free and tastes good, but it's $45 for a bag. I only use it 3 times a week for recovery after lifting, though, so it lasts quite awhile.0 -
I got it super cheap off a friend been on it two days and already lost weight. Honestly I love it.-1
