I'm like a bad penny, keep on turning up! After my decision to start over for the last time a couple of months ago, I had a minor heart attack, so everything has been on hold. I've managed to maintain but not to lose so not that bad a start considering! Hope you all have a great loss, achieve your dreams and stay motivated (that is the hardest part for me!)

    Every day is another chance. Motivation is like a roller coaster so enjoy the ride when you're up, and know that you'll pick up speed again when you dip.
