    Hi! I am a female :)
    Thanks!

I agreee....if "M" is Men and "W" is Women.... I am on the wrong side. Last time I checked.....hang on a minute...... Yup! Still a girl! :blushing:
I'll fix it that was supposed to be the men's chart but the women overtook us this month

If the 'M' and 'W' stand for men and women...i'm a girl. =))

So, what is everyone doing to reach their goals this month?

I am alternating walking and riding my bike - most of the time I will have my 2 year old daughter with me (either stroller or in trailer behind the bike). Plus I just started the one hundred push up challenge today. What about yourself?

I just started 30 Day Shred on the 1st. I'm eating less carbs...and biking to school, weather permitting!

Awesome! I've started p90x a few times and it's great. You're going to see great results...especially if you finish, unlike me! lol

I intend to accomplish this by doing 30 day shred, kickboxing 2x/week, C25K and healthy eating.

So, what is everyone doing to reach their goals this month?

First - get a handle on my poor eating and stop snacking on junk. This week I am doing a kick start (900 calories plus eating my exercise calories back then on to 1200 for the rest of June)

Second - drink more water (hopefully will also help with first step!)

Third - exercise exercise and exercise! I have a sedentary lifestyle at the moment (writing my masters thesis) so got my Lateral Thigh Trainer out this morning (one of my old and reliable favourites) and will be indoor jogging (combination of mini trampoline and Wii Fit Plus!). On top of this I hope to go walking/hiking at least one day over each weekend and try and do a DVD workout at least three times a week (at least one cardio and one yoga or similar)

I know I need to work hard, and I also know there will be days when I fall off the wagon (particularly as I am holiday for two weeks in the middle of June!) so I am hoping for a good number for wk 1.

Basically just going to be running and zig zaging my calories (sometimes not so purposefully) I run 3 days a week and spend the other 4 doing things outside with my 3 year old. (slow walks and playing at the park)

I am going to be doing more running and doing a couple of 5k this month. As well as eating every 2hrs and not past 8pm oh and ofcourse increase my water intake.
