If youve lost weight, its because you ate at a deficit

What I really don't understand is why I'm personally getting hate for making a decision on my weight lose. It's working really well for me and honestly I eat way more now then what I did before I started it0

I love being on Advocare. I can still eat real food, but the items that they have actually help me with boosting my metabolism to help me burn fat and keep it off. I swear it has been so unbelievably helpful.0
-
Dare I ask? What is Advocare?

I agree. I still eat but have things that help.0

@debsdoingthis go online and google it. I'm not that great at explaining it, but I don't every say anything I don't feel comfortable about. take a look. I've been on it for about a year.0
-
Don't worry @miksss99 you do what works for you. If Isagenix works then stick to is. I know my Kitchen lady here at my hotel is on it and she can see the difference. I don't do it because it's so expensive. Not saying that Advocare isn't, but a lot of their items are still affordable.0

@jennmpantoja do you drink shakes also?

@jennmpantoja it is a lot of money. My friend bought two months and didn't want it so I saved 700$ on it and only paid 80$ for 2 months0

The good news is, most people on mfp know that mlm products are a joke and won't fall for it
Snake oil. SMH
I came here to post this exact response.0 -
How about anyone who has something negative to say about my weight loss choice just stops commenting..0

@miksss999 I do! I love the Chocolate Shake, and the Spark! When I am running low on energy late in the afternoon I take a pack of Spark and mix it with a bottle of water and I'm good to go. I did start the 24 day challenge, I just did the key parts of it not the pills. I worry a lot about the pills because of my heart, but the Shakes and Spark are my biggest purchases every other month.0

I love the chocolate shake. Not to much of the vanilla so if u have any yummy recipes message me for sure:)0

@shell1005 are you on a diet? And eating less then what uou would eat if you weren't on one. That's exactly what I'm doing on a mlm "scam" but I also get to enjoy 2 snacks a day and 2 amazing shakes and a huge meal. So I would love it if anyone has a negative thing to say just leave0

The only thing that makes one lose weight is a calorie deficit. If it helps you get into a calorie deficit, you will lose weight. No issues there.
The problem is that it is overpriced and marketed as some magical concoction. You can honestly get a better quality shake by buying a good protein powder and a multivitamin and skip the multilevel marketing schemes all together.

I'm not a seller, but my best friend does sell it. I buy it from a former trainer of mine. Sometimes I will buy it at the local AVON store (we have those in Kansas, LOL!) but I will never recommend something to someone just because. I always tell people to please talk with a Doctor and or Dietitian because honestly you never know what works and what doesn't work. I just know it has worked for me and I do not feel like I'm starving and the fact that I get to eat my big fat juicy Turkey Burgers every once in a while I am a happy Kansas girl! LOL!!0

I really liked the shakes from Thrive. I bought a month's worth when my mom was into them. I'd mix em with a bit of chocolate syrup and they killed my appetite for the rest of the day!0

I don't see anything wrong with someone buying something they think will help.0

The problem comes when that person suddenly becomes a "coach" or "consultant" who then pushes the product onto another person who doesn't realize they can achieve the same results for free.
And I eat as many snacks or meals a day that I want, staying within my calorie range, and don't have to eliminate anything. And all of my calories come in the form of yummy food, not shakes.0 -

Ew, no gross.0

The only reason you lose weight is you are in a calorie deficit, it has nothing to do with any of these fad diet programs. Get your calories with a 20-25% deficit and a good breakdown of protein, carbs, and fat and you will lose weight. Add exercise and you can build muscle as you do it.0

Another overpriced garbage shake that is exactly like all the others. They like to sell you their magic shakes for outrageous prices by convincing you that you can't lose weight by just, you know, eating less food.0 -

Well since this is a public forum , you can't not ask @shell1005 to leave or anyone else. Everyone is entitled to their own opinions. Your opinion is that mlm scam has helped you . my opinion is that mlm products are over priced , low quality junk.maybe do some research on what your actually consuming. You'll see there is far superior products that can be purchased at stores , for a better price. But yeah, go ahead and throw your money away.
