Hello, I am a 61 year old Grandma who needs to lose 35 lbs. This extra weight is affecting my health. I want to live long enough and healthy enough to see my great grandchildren.

Hello Deb. I am 58 next month and need to lose 30-40 lbs. it's so hard staying motivated. I don't have the energy I used to have and don't feel as well. I also have grandchildren I want to stay healthy for. Maybe we can help each other.0
