    Excellent results.

And you know you are going to have to share some details about the program you did, and the calorie deficit you took while doing it - inquiring minds will want to know!

I started off a cardio bunny!!! I was so scared of embarrassing myself in the gym.
I started researching women's workouts and said just do it!
I didn't track my calories. I made sure I ate clean, quality food. A good balance of protein, fat, and carbs. 4-6 meals a day.
I have lost total of 15-20 lbs of fat but gained back some mucscle! I stopped weighing myself though!!! I will probably start dialing down my diet but I am happy with the results without calculating every bite. It's all about good food and being healthy!!!fm1qn1e6wi6i.jpg

I am one of those inquiring minds. What sort of lifting program are you doing? I'm in the stage where I am wanting to sculpt, and I am trying to find some good programs. And your results are beautiful!
