How to add exercise

Morning everyone, I started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred dvd today and would like to add the exercise, but can't work out how. There doesn't seem to be an option on the app - maybe it's because I have the step tracker on? Can anyone help, please?

    Go to your diary and click on the + sign in upper right corner, then scroll down to Exercise, then select Cardio or Strength and input the workout calories & time.

    If you have an activity tracker, enter it through there.
