Workout SCHEDULE

Hello everyone! I would love to know what is your workout schedule: how do you balance cardio/strenght and how often do you each. Do you do cardio/hiit and strenght both in a day? I kind of messed up mine and I have to build a new workout program :)

    For the past 3 weeks I have been doing:

    Monday: Shoulders and Arms followed by abs
    Tuesday: Plyometrics and Legs (I do the plyometrics first and then lifting for legs)
    Wednesday: Cardio (30 minutes high intensity interval training) and then abs
    Thursday: Back
    Friday: Chest and Shoulders followed by abs
    Saturday: Cardio (Sprints/plyometrics/stair stepper)
    Sunday: Rest

    Sometimes I'll work my glutes later in the day on my cardio days but only if I've given myself plenty of time to rest between sessions.

    Tuesday: Legs
    Wed: Shoulders and calves
    Thursday: Back
    Friday: bis and tris
    Sat: Legs
    Sunday: off

    Minimal to no cardio ever since I found out I get much better results from lifting and a good diet.
