Night time cravings

Hi all. I'm on my weight loss journey but struggle with night time cravings. Any ideas that have worked for people out there?

I used to struggle with this too, binge eating disorder. I deal with this now with "mindful eating" and meditation and if I am truly hungry, I will have a yogurt just to settle any hunger pangs and help me to sleep.0

Just save a few macros/calories for a night time snack.0

I struggle with this also, almost every evening.
Today I have only 7 calories left and I seem to always want to eat something before I go to bed. I am going to try to drink a cup of green tea tonight and see if that helps.
It does not help that my husband snacks all evening long!!! But I do know I am responsible for my own actions!0 -
I have this same problem. I'm going to use the yogurt trick.0
