Help calculating my calories

I thought I had a successful week. I worked out 5 days, I drank 8 glasses of water every day, and I ate healthy. I allow myself two days with sweets. Yesterday I did have a small (very small) piece of German chocolate cake at a birthday party. I weighed myself and I gained 0.2 lbs. I know it's not much, but I really thought I would lose this week. Can someone help me calculate my calories?

I currently weigh 134.6
I have a desk job, but I work out average of 4 days per week.

Thanks!

Weight loss isn't linear. You're probably retaining water from other foods you ate at the party. Keep at it and if you haven't lost in a month, then it's time to reevaluate.

I've been at this since January and have been successful. I have discovered over the past months that there is always one week where I tend to gain. So, maybe this was my one week? I will keep at it and check again next week for results.

If it's the same week that most other of-age females gain, then yeah, you REALLY have nothing to worry about!
