Weight-loss re-start motivation! HELP!!

I'm 28, 5'7"

CW 156.4
Lowest Weight 141
GW 135
I started using MFP several years ago and lost 60+ lbs using it faithfully. After I reached my goal or close to--then 140--I stopped using it and dieting and the weight has crept back on a bit. I REALLY want to get re-motivated to get on the weight-loss train again to lose another 20lbs and meet my new goal of 135--any tips for getting started again? I will start for a few days then lose motivation and stop for a week or so and haven't been able to lose weight consistently as a result which also sucks away my motivation

Consistency is key. You need to log everyday even if you have bad days. I like this post regarding motivation.
