Hi my name is Debra B. I am 58 years young. I started on my journey in October of 2014. My weight had spirald out of control on a 5/2" body. I have been with My fitness pal since then and
have logged in everyday. I went to the gym-boring. My sister decided to take this journey with me, that was a God send. We go to the gym religiously every other day. We also decided to hire a personal trainer. I have lost 30lbs so far. My first weigh in was at 190lbs, so far I am 160lbs, looking different and feeling good!!! Now it's all about clean eating and exercising. We no longer have a personal trainer, but we are in the gym every other morning at 5:30 am. My desired weight is 140lbs. Please wish me luck. This is not an easy journey.
