Basically just going to be running and zig zaging my calories (sometimes not so purposefully) I run 3 days a week and spend the other 4 doing things outside with my 3 year old. (slow walks and playing at the park)0

So, what is everyone doing to reach their goals this month?
I am alternating walking and riding my bike - most of the time I will have my 2 year old daughter with me (either stroller or in trailer behind the bike). Plus I just started the one hundred push up challenge today. What about yourself?
I am going to be doing more running and doing a couple of 5k this month. As well as eating every 2hrs and not past 8pm oh and ofcourse increase my water intake.0 -

i'm starting C25K today, also going to 30DS again 10 days in a row starting today & all together burn 25,000 cals plus this month doing other cardio & toning exercises plus im gonna invest in a HRM & going to keep drinking plenty of water the water worked well me last month lol0 -

I started in September. I basically cut calories during the week by eating full breakfast (omelette) and a full sandwich lunch but a light dinner or no dinner. My net calories are set at 1300 but I usually try to get closer to 900 or 1000. Then I splurge on weekends with nice dinners, desserts. I ride my stationary exercise bike 10 miles in the morning and evening everyday for a total of about 1 hour and 20 miles burning close to 700 calories.0

Bootcamp (60 mins) 3x a week
Yoga trying to do this 3x a week as I can fit it in
C25K running program 3x a week
Trying to hit 330 cardio minutes a week per my bootcamp instructor
Reducing carbs and sugar; increasing protein
Getting more sleep (8 hrs at least)0 -

So, what is everyone doing to reach their goals this month?
Well, I started my journey at 436.4 and I am currently 379.2 (I've already lost 2 pounds in June, lol) and all I've been doing is staying well under my calories and walking for 20 minutes or dancing and calisthenics for 20-30 mins per day. Once I get under 300 my plan will change and I will kick it into high gear... but first I need to take it 10 pounds at a time.

Okay everyone I have made the database for us. We have quite a huge group on this challenge. If everyone can have their weekly weigh in by Friday this will give me a chance to have the database updated by Monday. I have organized it by name and not split up into male or female.
