Hey guys! Fairly new to MFP, looking for some new friends to share meal ideas with. I'm 32, with a 10 month old baby. I used to be fairly fit and healthy, but gained quite a bit of weight with pregnancy, and it's hard coming off!! Pesto Meatballs with a fresh corn polenta. Not super healthy, but it worked for my day today. It was around 800 calories, but I'm still under on the day, even after my protein shake.0 -

Sounds delicious! I don't know if I could fit 800 cal into my day, but maybe a smaller portion and I'd be good to go! Thanks for the recipe, I'm adding it to my groceries for this week0 -

It was quite tasty. I'd have probably balanced it out with some sort of salad and cut back on the polenta, but I had never made meatballs in my life, so this was a standout first effort for me! We had had another Blue Apron meal for lunch (za'ata-spiced eggplant and squash pitas with tabbouleh) which checked in at 500 calories, so it worked well on the day.0
