OK, since I like to work on more cardio than toning we are gonna try to do 30 minutes of Shadow boxing today.

Just like last time, lets keep it active for the entire time so that we keep heart rate up there. You don't have to do them all at once but let's try to get at least 30 minutes in.

Who's in? Report back when you are done and remember your stretching.
