my very small success, since July 7, 2015 until now!

I have been using MFP since July 7, 2015. I have been working out 6 to 7x a week between 15 to 40 minutes each work out and I am starting to see a change in my face and in my body. I have a long way to go but I will not give up. I love myfitnesspal and I also enjoy reading the success stories because it keeps me motivated. I don;t know I might be crazy but I can see a little change. Even though it's not much, it means the world to me! u38qugce2nf5.jpg
