Completing diary

Hi. I hope someone can help. I am not able to complete my daily diary I press the button but it'll not save and just take me back to the diary and nothing is showing on the news feed. Any one got ideas. I have checked my settings also

How many calories have you logged for the day? If too low, MFP won't let you post to the feed for fear that you'd be encouraging others to eat an unsafe level.0

Yesterday I had 356 remaining having used 844.0

If it's under 1000 for the day then you can't "compete entry". It saves regardless of that though. You just don't get the weight loss projection and feed post.0

you only ate 844 calories? If this is correct it is neither sustainable nor healthy. Do some research in how many calories you need to lose 1-2 lbs/week (even 2 is alot but I am not sure what your starting weight is) Do not undereat. It will lead to failure in the long run, that I can promise you. If you would like help with that number, feel free to message me!

Thanks for all your comments. I have been cutting back on on my intake but I'm not hungry or starving myself. I'm struggling to find things that will take me to the 1200 allowance0

Already been said. But might as well repeat it. If your intake is under 1000 it will not be published to your wall as Myfitness takes the intake to be too low and unhealthy to be completed. The data is still saved however.0
