I love coffee. I look forward to my morning hot coffee and my afternoon iced coffee, plus it helps me make it through until my next meal. If anyone tries to take away my coffee - they will get slapped.0

I drink coffee in the morning, not only for my sanity, but in the best interests of everyone around me. Starbucks house blend, brewed in my single cup machine, stevia packet, and either an international delight caramel macchiato creamer packet or a tablespoon of white chocolate mocha creamer. 30-40 calories and mama is happy.
Coffee is fine, barring any negative effects on the person, just make sure to log everything you put in, as those calories can add up quickly.0 -
I have made the decision that I will not give up my coffee and cream. I stopped drinking sodas, so that's my only caffeine source. I measure and log all the add ins, and I don't add cream after my second cup or so. This is a lifestyle I'll be living for quite a while, and I know that I cannot live without the coffee!0

Coffee is where I get half my potassium allowance!
Well, not half, but it does add up and I have a terrible time getting enough unless I eat potatoes at every meal. So, coffee it is.0 -
It can stress your adrenals a little bit, really just the caffeine, so unless you have adrenal fatigue you are good to go.0

Coffee is fine. I take mine with coconut milk (45 calories for a cup of coconut milk) And it's amazing.0

I would never give up my coffee. You would have to pry it from my cold fat dead fingers. I did however give up the sugar in the coffee. I now use sweetner.Still use the cream though,I am just better at measuring an actual teaspoon instead of pouring it all in there lol.0

It helps me as well. Sometimes I get a feeling like hmm I want to eat something(though not really hungry). A cup of coffee usually satisfies me until the next meal.

If it's wrong, I don't want to be right.
I drink probably 5-6 cups a day (black)0 -
its fine,, add whiskey or baileys and it is even better0

I used to drink a couple lattes a day a few years ago. Then I switched to a coffee with cream in the AM and the occasional Americano with cream. It's really amazing how many calories that cut out - just the tiny switch. I could never give it up altogether, so it definitely gets calculated and recorded. The only consideration I give to coffee otherwise is to ensure I don't get too much caffeine, because that will trigger a migraine for me. But I will never be on board with eliminating it completely. There is just too much HAPPY involved.0

Or Amaretto! Now you've got me craving cold winter mornings, because that is a favorite treat when it is bitter out!0 -
I love making iced coffee. Best part is I am in complete control of how many calorie gremlins are in each cup. Oh and I save money.
And if anyone tries to take it away:

I drink 4-6 (8oz) cups of coffee a day (Folgers 1/2 Caf). I pity the the fool who tries to take it away. Like rainbowbow, I love French vanilla International Delight liquid creamer (refrigerated kind). Today I switched to the fat free, sugar free one. Ain't giving up my coffee or my creamer.0

You can try bulletproof coffee in which it you would replace creamer and sugar!! Instead you would use coconut oil and grass fed unsalted butter it's healthier look it up! you may enjoy it and it can be a meal replacement because of the calories it has0

Only thing I'd caution with coffee is that brewing without a paper filter can raise cholesterol levels.
Source(first I grabbed off Google, I'm sure better sources exist).0
