trying to get used to MFP

I am hoping that "journaling" my daily food and activities will help me stay on course. Need some comrades to talk over choices with and get some new ideas.

    How long have you been using this format? I am usually not one for being on the computer a lot but I find this a helpful program. Had a bad lunch meal today, was rushed. Won't do that again!!

    I find that logging everything I am consuming is holding me accountable to it. I am not always under my goal, but I am always aware of why. I also print out the reports and take them with me to my doctor, but that is because right now I need my doctor to be aware of what I am doing. Still, looking at the various graphs can be quite enlightening.
