trying to get back in shape, gained 60lbs after I quit smoking a little over a year ago! And just stopped caring! I am more motivated then ever now, I have lost 19lbs so far and am motivated to lose 55 more! Need new healthy hobbies.

    They are In California! I gained 35 pounds in 3 months when I quit smoking but then discovered Hashimotos Thyroid syndrome. Loosing is motivating. Good job on the 19 pounds. You can do it.

    Not all of us are in California. I've lived here for 16 years. I have never smoked. I have about 70 pounds to lose.
