I'm trying to figure out my fruit and vegetable portions. I'm having a bit of a hard time.
Here is what I usually have.

Morning:
Smoothie with 300g of frozen mixed berries

Lunch:
Smoothie with 150g of spinach.

Diner:
Smoothie with 300g of frozen mixed fruits.

I hope you're kidding. Ever heard of fat and protein?

Ehe! I eat lots of other stuff!

That's just the fruit and vegetables I eat daily

I'm trying to figure out how many fruit/vegetables portions I have in that.

A portion is what you choose to eat at one time. Looks like you eat three portions of fruit and veg per day.

If that doesn't answer your question (if you have a question), please rephrase :)

As per the food guide in Canada, http://www.hc-sc.gc.ca/fn-an/food-guide-aliment/choose-choix/fruit/serving-portion-eng.php seems as though you're getting about 4-5 servings just from those smoothies
    A serving is usually anywere from 125ml - 250ml.

    Ok. Phew.

I limit myself to one or two servings of fruit (you have like 4 or 5 there) but I eat a lot more veggies, because they have less calories.

So I'd ditch the dinner smoothie and have a lot of veggies instead.

Are you sure about the weights on your frozen fruit? I only ask because my smoothies basically turn into ice cream if I put more than 100g of frozen fruit in; I can't imagine how much liquid you'd need with 3x the fruit.

According to the guidelines from Australia, that is 4 serves of fruit and 2 of vegetables.

The WHO use 80 gram portions, http://www.who.int/mediacentre/factsheets/fs394/en/ so the above is nearly 10.
