Looking for more friends, support, motivation, and success

I am always worried about how each day will turn out and I want to try and stay motivated daily especially when it gets colder outside. Last year I wasn't as active as I have been so far this year...but I really want to be able to reach my goal and be able to maintain my goal weight (if I can ever even get to that goal weight)

    Yes, it's harder when it's cold. A salad just won't do. Here are a few things that helped me over the last 3 months (winter in the Southern Hemisphere). Lots of veggie soup but no cream, cheese or garlic bread. Stews are always a great source of protein. And as a treat and comfort food, apple crumble with lots of fruit and minimum crumble.
